Out of the four human tools, I believe mine would be conscience. The reason for that is, one of the RN's asked me to do something, that was out of my power, I knew right from wrong, so I would tell them no. Although they may not of been happy with my answer, they already knew it was out of my power. Not only would it cost my job for doing it, the RN would have lost her job, along with her license. If she would have lost her license, she would have never gotten another job in the health care facility.
I think conscience is most important because when you do something great you feel good about yourself. You will keep rewarding yourself for it. I also think that it is important because it can teach you a lesson. For example, if you lie to a friend about something big you might feel guilty about it. You will ponder whether or not you should apologize knowing that she will find out you lied might ruin your friendship. So you end up apologizing. It can teach you lessons about doing the right and wrong things.
i think conscience would be the most important tool because if you do something bad you feel terrible about it and when you do good things you feel awesome about them. for example if you see someone struggling doing something you could help them instead of just ignoring them and feeling bad for not helping later on that day.
I think out of the tools Consience is my most important because if i do something wrong and i know i did it i feel really guilty or nervous that im going to get into trouble or that people will judge me for what i have done for example if someone close to you does something to make you mad and you just ignore them and later that day they get seriously injured in a car wreck and even die you are going to feel super bad about yourself.
I think my tool would have to be Willpower. I feel i have the choice to make any decision that i want. The choice i make could have a consequence or not. I can do what i want, when i want, because i know i can make my own decisions weather they will be right or wrong, good or bad, helpful or useless.
Mine tool would be Imagination. I feel like I have a very open mind and can look at something and see what i could make with it. I think it's important to me because I will need it for my major that I want to go into when i get into college, which is Interior Design.
I would have to say willpower. With willpower, it would motivate me to make decisions and act on things that could positively change my future. With willpower you may have the negative thoughts but you continue on because of the mental strength you have to push yourself. With starting a family early willpower is going to be a big necessity for me as i continue on into college.
